As I'm sure most of the BSC community knows, I left Bluefield in August to take up a new position in Oregon. In the excitement of moving, I forgot to pass on the blog to another librarian -- which I'll try to do this week. Need to ask a quick question? Look just under the library photo, and you'll see a "Chat Now" button. If there's a green light, you can click on the button to chat with a librarian. Six people attended the inaugural meeting of the BSC Book Club. We'll be using the West Virginia Library Commission's Reading Group Collection of books for our first few months. Bluefield State College is offering Volunteer Income Tax Assistance, as it has for the last 18 years. Accounting students who have been trained by the IRS are available to help with your tax forms at BSC's Mahood Hall on Mondays, 4:30 pm to 6 pm and Tuesdays from 3:30 pm to 6 pm through the tax season, and also at Craft Memorial Library on the first Saturday of the month from 9:30 am to 6 pm,
